Please note that as of 01^st January 2022 there will be a fixed cost of £900 to provide an escort provision.

We can provide an escort to Landside locations and we can also provide an escort to Airside locations providing the individual holds an Airside pass.

A notice period of 4 weeks before any escorting must be provided to ensure appropriate resource is available.

We strongly encourage customers who use the escorting service regularly to apply for your own Heathrow ID passes to avoid unnecessary delay in accessing equipment. Please contact the ID Centre on the email address below, and they will be able to assist you:
